Policy Information

Rescheduling due to weather is free of charge. If the weather continues to prevent the performance of services after the second rescheduling attempt, the payment for sales, minus the initial deposit, can be refunded if the client decides against rescheduling. Initial deposits are non-refundable unless the photographer cancels the session (s). Rescheduling at least 48 hours before the agreed session date will not require a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling due to client timing errors, completed within 48 hours of the session time, will incur a $50 rescheduling fee or result in a cancellation. Rescheduling due to timing mistakes caused by a third-party service error will incur a rescheduling fee. All other reasons for cancellations will be considered if mentioned to the photographer. The photographer then has the right to decide whether refunds shall be granted and whether fees shall be required. When scheduling a session, the allotted time is 2 hours. You may not be refunded for time that has not been used.
