I bring my fully mobile studio directly to your space, transforming any room into a high-end portrait environment with zero logistical hassle or downtime for your day. My process is designed for maximum efficiency, capturing polished, professional imagery swiftly before packing up completely—leaving your space exactly as I found it.
Our consultation is a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we will count heads on the team, game-plan your exact creative vision, and lock in the perfect location. Together, you and I will map out your project logistics and seamlessly coordinate the ideal dates and times to bring your portraits to life.
I handle the entire setup and teardown of my equipment swiftly, ensuring a completely seamless experience that respects your schedule and leaves your space spotless.
Each individual session takes just about five minutes, during which I will guide you through easy, low-stress direction to keep you feeling entirely at ease. By the end of our time together, you will have three to six distinctly different poses to choose from for your final selection.
Within twenty-four hours of our session, you will receive your digital preview to select your images, or you can opt for convenient on-site proofing right after your shoot. Your final high-resolution, magazine-quality gallery will be fully delivered through a private online portal within one to three weeks, depending on your chosen package and agreement.
How to prepare for your session.
Before you step in front of the lens, here is everything you need to know about wardrobe, styling, and simple preparation to ensure your session is completely effortless and high-impact.
Wardrobe Selection and Color Theory To keep the focus on your face, choose solid, mid-to-dark tones like navy, charcoal, or deep olive, and avoid busy patterns that distract the camera. Bring a few well-pressed options that allow you to layer, such as a tailored blazer or a structured jacket, to give your gallery immediate versatility.
Fit, Tailoring, and Fabric Texture Select well-tailored clothing that fits your frame comfortably, as oversized or ill-fitting garments can bunch up and add artificial volume under studio lights. Opt for high-quality fabrics with a subtle texture—like fine wool or heavy cotton—which capture the light beautifully and add depth to your portrait.
Hair, Grooming, and Natural Styling Your headshot should represent you on your absolute best business day, so plan any haircuts or color touch-ups for about one week prior to your session. For facial hair, ensure it is neatly trimmed the morning of the shoot, or arrive with a clean, close shave to prevent unwanted stubble shadows.
Skin Prep, Hydration, and Camera-Ready Makeup Prioritize drinking plenty of water and moisturizing your skin for forty-eight hours before your shoot to ensure a healthy, natural glow. If you wear makeup, aim for a clean, matte look and completely avoid heavy shimmers or high-gloss products, which can reflect studio lights and look oily on camera.
Mindset, Rest, and Professional Posture A good night's sleep before your session is essential to reduce under-eye puffiness and keep your energy high for our collaboration. Remember that you do not need to know how to pose; simply arrive well-rested and ready to follow my easy direction for a relaxed, confident final look.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
I understand that business schedules change; therefore, you may reschedule your session to my next available date completely free of charge, provided the request is made in writing at least ten (10) days prior to your scheduled shoot. Any rescheduling requests made with fewer than ten days' notice will incur a flat $150.00 rescheduling fee to offset lost availability and calendar reorganization before a new date can be secured. In the event that you cancel the session entirely, fail to show up at the coordinated time, or request a reschedule outside of the permitted terms, the non-refundable retainer will be entirely forfeited, and a new session fee will be required to book a future date. Furthermore, I am held completely harmless from any liability, financial loss, or fault arising from cancellations, delays, or rescheduling caused by client conflicts, extreme weather, structural logistical failures at the client’s venue, or unforeseen acts of God.
Session Duration & Time
To keep your team’s workday moving without interruption, each individual session is structured as a fast, high-efficiency block lasting just five to ten minutes per person. I utilize a highly directed coaching method that immediately takes the guesswork out of posing, keeping everyone completely at ease while capturing three to six distinctly different looks to choose from. For larger team days, I arrive forty-five minutes early to build out the mobile studio, ensuring the entire schedule runs flawlessly down to the minute without any downtime for your business.
Deposits & Payment
To secure your session date, mobile studio logistics, and my exclusive availability, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. All retainers and session fees are strictly non-refundable, as they represent the reservation of time that prevents other clients from booking that specific date.
Image Rights & Licensing
All corporate packages include our standard Commercial PR & Publicity License, giving your team full rights to utilize their images across company websites, email signatures, LinkedIn, and media press releases with zero hidden fees or expiration dates
