Rescheduling due to weather can be done free of charge. If weather continues to prohibit the performance of services after the second attempt of rescheduling, a payment of sales minus the initial deposit will be refunded. Any Initial deposits are non-refundable unless the photographer cancels the session/sessions. Rescheduling at least 48 hours before the agreed session date will not require a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling due to mistakes with timing because of the client done within 48 hours of the session time will require a $50 rescheduling fee or result in a cancellation. Rescheduling due to mistakes with timing because of a third party service will require a rescheduling fee. All other reasons for cancellations will be considered if mentioned to the photographer. The photographer then has the right to decide whether refunds shall be granted or not, and whether fees shall be required or not. When scheduling a session, the amount of time available depends on the package chosen or the agreed amount of time scheduled. You may not be refunded for time that has not been used. In extreme cases, the photographer has the right to grant a partial refund, but a refund is not to be expected.
