How do I book?

Schedule a free 30-minute consultation through the link on this page. We'll discuss your goals, confirm availability, and lock in your date.

What is the deposit policy?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session day.

Can I upgrade a package later?

Yes. If you start with a smaller package and want to add services, you can upgrade at any time and the difference will be applied to your invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions rescheduled with 10+ days notice are moved at no charge. Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Retainer clients require 30 days written notice.

Does pricing include travel?

Travel within the Lafayette metro area is always complimentary. Sessions outside the immediate area may include a travel fee — discussed during consultation.

What does commercial licensing cover?

Standard sessions include personal and business use — websites, social media, press, and company directories. Paid advertising use requires an upgraded advertising license, available on request.

How long until I receive my images?

Headshots: 72 hours. Portrait and branding sessions: 1–2 weeks. Event coverage: 2 weeks. Retainer clients receive priority turnaround on all deliverables.

Are payment plans available?

Payment plans are available for packages at $2,200 and above. Reach out during your consultation to discuss a structure that works for you.
